All agents will put your home on the Multiple Listing Service. All agents will put a sign in your yard. Very few agents catch the attention of the buyers searching the internet. If an agent tells you that they have a web presence that attracts buyers, ask to see their site statistics, especially the Referrer URLs. This will show you what link a person used to visit that site. It will show you which search engine and keywords were used. The person that made those searches DID visit the site. How did you find this website? What keywords did you put in Google.com or the search engine of your choice?
